We’ll meet for a focused 90-minute call to explore your topic — whether that’s a practical problem or a belief that’s been holding you back. You’ll uncover ways to move forward with greater confidence and momentum.
Four to six weeks later, we’ll meet again for a 30-minute follow-up call to check in on your progress, offer gentle accountability and put any next steps in place

If you have a particular challenge, decision or belief you want to get to the bottom of, a single session provides the space and support to focus on it — and make a plan for moving forward.
Book your session – Choose a time and date that works for you.
Share a little background – Answer a few short questions so we both have a sense of where we’re starting.
90-minute call – We’ll meet on Zoom for your focused session.
Resources & recording – You’ll receive a recording of our conversation and any tools or exercises I think will help.
30-minute follow-up – We’ll reconnect in 4–6 weeks to review progress and set any next steps.
