I help people navigate life’s turning points — the moments when something needs to shift, even if you’re not yet sure how.

How we’ll work together

Over six months, we’ll meet for six powerful coaching sessions to help you create clarity, courage, and commitment for whatever comes next.

We’ll uncover your vision for your life and work, then create a plan to help you move towards it — at a pace and in a way that feels right for you.

The work we do together will be unique to you, but along the way, we might explore themes like:

  • Getting ready for change and moving through transitions

  • Taking intentional action – not just the practicalities but the mindset too

  • Navigating uncertainty and managing the unexpected

  • Balancing ambition for work with other aspects of life

  • Reducing overwhelm so you can hear what you really want

  • Reclaiming time and space from your work – fewer hours but no less impact

  • Building self-compassion and fostering a greater sense of wellbeing

  • Coaching is a powerful form of support which can help you cultivate the clarity and the courage to realise your dreams.

    It’s a label that is used to describe many different types of support, especially online. But transformational coaching differs from other types of learning and development.

    It’s the questions asked and the conditions created for thinking, rather than any advice or instruction offered, which lead to impactful changes in how you work and live your life.

  • You can expect a safe and welcoming space where I’ll ask questions and listen to you with genuine curiosity.

    I’ll reflect what I’m hearing to create clarity in your thinking and draw on evidence-based tools and approaches to help you build the beliefs and behaviours which will help you move into action.

    I’ll always be honest with you and I’ll challenge you kindly in those moments when I think it will help you most.

    There is a place for an injection of my knowledge and experience – and I’m happy to share when it would be most helpful – but I won’t overdo this within our coaching conversations as the most powerful transformations come from the self-awareness you build and the choices you make.

  • Coaching is a collaborative approach and has the potential to make meaningful changes to your work and life but, as individuals, we are ultimately responsible for the outcomes we achieve.

    I’ll encourage you to contribute to our conversations candidly and commit to the choices you make and the actions arising from them.

    You’ll need to be ready to do the work between our sessions. This work allows you to integrate what you’ve learnt from our calls into everyday life, experiment with new patterns of behaviour and develop new beliefs. It won’t always be easy, but I’m here to support you.

  • You already have what you need to be coached – you know yourself better than anyone. Sometimes self-doubt holds us back and I can help you with that.
